CosmicGiant licenses are sold as a subscription that renews annually on the anniversary of your purchase.

• The renewal price will never increase as long as the subscription is active.
• The subscription will renew using the original payment method. You can update the payment method on your CosmicGiant account page.
• The subscription will renew annually until it is cancelled.
• You will receive emails in advance of your subscription renewal being processed.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time from your CosmicGiant Account page.
• If you cancel a subscription, you will lose the lifetime subscription price; renewal pricing will be based on the current price of the plugin.
• If you have a license that is not subscription-based, your license will be converted to a subscription license if you renew or extend your license.

Use of the license

CosmicGiant licenses are non-transferable. Reselling licenses is not allowed. CosmicGiant provides support services only to the original license-holder with an active license key. Any other uses of support licenses is considered fraudulent and may result in the license being terminated without a refund.

Refund Policy

If you don’t like our products within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your money. No questions asked.

Refund details:

1. We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. This is normally within one business day.
2. Refunds are only possible within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see the "Refund Policy" section above for details.
3. Once we refund your purchase, you agree to stop using the product immediately, and that your license is no longer valid.
4. We reserve the right to deny a refund request at our discretion.
