We will be happy to offer a refund for any CosmicGiant purchase made within the last 30 days, and otherwise meets the refund policy below, no questions asked.
Monthly Fillable PDFs and Legal Signing Payments
Refund requests for payments related to monthly billed Fillable PDFs or Legal Signing licenses will only be honored for the full amount of the most recently billed monthly transaction for the license, even in the rare instance where two transactions fall within the same 30 day period.
Absolutely no refunds will be provided beyond that most recently billed charge for any monthly subscription to either of the aforementioned products.
Upgrade Refund Specifics
If you have both purchased and upgraded a CosmicGiant license within the same 30 day period, we will refund both your initial license payment and the upgrade at the same time. If you’ve only upgraded a license within the last 30 days, only the price paid to upgrade will be refunded.
We cannot downgrade a license in our system once it has been upgraded. In the event you have second thoughts about your upgrade within 30 days, your license will be cancelled at the time of the refund and a new license of the desired tier will need to be purchased.
Caveats and Clarifications
- We cannot refund a portion of a license transaction.
- No partial refunds will be granted for early termination or un-applied discount/coupon codes.
- We cannot downgrade a license to a different license tier.
- We cannot refund a transaction if you have reported it to your bank as fraudulent or otherwise filed a dispute with your financial institution. Please contact us first. Successfully disputed transactions will immediately terminate your business relationship with us in perpetuity at the time of dispute resolution.
- Refunds requested in a very short time after an initial license purchase may result in loss of ability to purchase licenses from us in the future.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the transaction date. Please note that by purchasing any CosmicGiant plugins, you agreed to the terms & conditions of use including this Refund Policy. After 30 days have elapsed from the date of a transaction, the buyer agrees they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods/software and signifies to the seller that the goods are conforming or that the buyer will take or retain them in spite of their nonconformity. At that point any amounts paid are no longer eligible for a refund. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of ForGravity LLC (DBA CosmicGiant). We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for customers who have previously purchased and obtained refunds for a CosmicGiant license.
Refund Amount
Refunds will only be made for the amount paid of the transaction. Some variation, either higher or lower, may be seen in refunds for customers who paid in international currencies due to differences in exchange rates between the original purchase and the date of the refund.
Processing Time
We usually process refund requests pretty quickly, but please allow a maximum of 7 business days for your request to be processed by us. Your financial institution may take additional time (from days to weeks) to complete their end of the refund process once the refund has been initiated by us. We cannot provide a receipt for a refund.
