Yes! One-Time Password allows you to configure the core field conditional logic in Gravity Forms to show/hide fields based on if the user has successfully verified their one-time password.
Are there additional costs for SMS?
Use of SMS verification with a Professional tier One-Time Password license requires a Twilio account to send SMS.

There are additional costs outside of your license fee with us: the SMS messages sent with the One-Time Passwords and the phone number used to send the messages. These will be billed through your Twilio account.

Do you offer support?

Professional tier features, like sending SMS one-time passwords via Twilio, will cease to function without an active Professional license in place.
