The Challenge: Cure an Onboarding Nightmare
In Massachusetts, real estate brokers and office managers are required to onboard every new agent into a system called MLS PIN (Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network) when they join the brokerage. This process involves collecting multiple documents, ensuring they’re complete, and submitting them to MLS PIN.
Oftentimes, it also requires numerous email exchanges with MLS PIN staff — even when things go well. That means interruptions. Not only do brokers have to handle their workload, but they also need to stop what they’re doing to supply correct or missing information. That inevitably leads to lost productivity and frustration, especially during periods of high agent turnover.

The Solution: PIN Straight Line

In essence, the system draws a straight line from form to MLS PIN, without diverting to brokers and office managers, and thus maintains the flow. How the system works
During new agent onboarding, the broker or manager sends them a unique onboarding link, powered by PIN Straight Line. The new agent completes one guided form online. Fillable PDFs instantly generates fully compliant MLS PIN forms with zero manual intervention.
The forms are then automatically sent to MLS PIN, with the broker and optional manager transparently CC’d for compliance visibility. And that’s it! There are no additional steps. No missing fields. No back-and-forth.
