Editing a Template

Existing Fillable PDFs templates can be modified to change the template name or replace the PDF file.

Renaming a Template

1. In the WordPress admin, navigate to the Forms > Fillable PDFs page.
2. Click the Templates tab.
3. Hover over the template you want to modify and click the Edit.
4. Change the template name to your desired new name.
5. Click the Save Template button.

Replacing a Template File

1. In the WordPress admin, navigate to the Forms > Fillable PDFs page.
2. Click the Templates tab.
3. Hover over the template you want to modify and click the Edit.
4. Click the Replace button.
5. Click the upload area and select a PDF file via the browser or simply drag your PDF file into the upload area.
6. Click the Save Template button.

Note: Templates are not actually replaced until the Save Template button is clicked. So if you decide to abandon the replacement process between hitting the Replace and Save Template buttons, your existing template will remain unchanged.
